California Highway Patrol BIT 2016 (AB529)

The California Highway Patrol is in the process of developing process and procedures to comply with California Senate Bill AB529 which provides for a revision of the CHP BIT program. If you would like to be on the distribution list for updates to the CHP BIT program or other regulatory updates please download the form below and submit to the CHP. Upon completion and submission of this form, you will be sent updates on regulatory guidance.
